Squeeeeee!!!!! I JUST found this video of House of Dangerkat performing 'Opulence' from Juste Debout 2008. I fucking love this performance and I've watched the video they have posted on their Youtube page (that I reposted here a couple of weeks ago) like fifty times. It's pretty far away and fairly grainy, but this one looks like it's shot from backstage so it's way close! I hope you can tell I'm excited. Get into it.

PERFORMANCE GROUP: DANGERKAT, HOUSE OF

House of Dangerkat has been an obsession of mine for a couple of years now. Their performances are living art from beginning to end. It's a collaborative process that includes coreography, costume, fashion, makeup, and music all smashed up into an amazing performance piece. And "Dangerkat" herself and I share the same birthday (July 7th, if you wanted to know). They work in both Canada and New York and some day I hope to witness their awesomeness live.

So yesterday when I was skulking around on the interwebs I came across ilovefake Magazine. It describes itself as a collision of fashion, art, and culture. Tasty. And it's produced in Holland. Extra tasty. You know what that means? Hot European boys like the ones down below. And girls too (if you're into that sort of thing). With a general lack any real writing, save for a few titles and captions, it reads like a stranger's photo album. A stranger who knows lots of really sexy people and, who you want to be friends with.
